Sinulog in Aliwan Fiesta 2014
I believe that this dancer represents the Cebu Festival of Sinulog. The good thing about the Aliwan Fiesta 2014 in Star City is that it has representatives from different fiesta/festivals of the Philippines.

He’s one of the several street dancer/participant of the recent Aliwan Festival 2014 held in Star City. I hope to attend this wonderful fiesta next year.
