This picture was taken a day before the State Visit of President Barack Obama in Manila, thus the American Flag.
This is The Tallest Flag in the Philippines. It’s also the most expensive. It was also controversial because it cost (I believe) around 8 million pesos. It’s located in front of the Rizal Monument in Manila.

The other day was my first time to visit the St. John the Baptist Church in Calamba, Laguna. This is where National Hero Dr. Jose P. Rizal was baptized. It’s located a few meters away from the Rizal Shrine.

I believe that this dancer represents the Cebu Festival of Sinulog. The good thing about the Aliwan Fiesta 2014 in Star City is that it has representatives from different fiesta/festivals of the Philippines.
