“Pepe” (The Young Jose Rizal)
“Pepe” is the nickname of Jose Rizal when he was a kid. This statue of the young Jose Rizal is located in Baliuag, Bulacan, in front of the St. Augustine Parish Church.

“Katipunero”
“Katipunero” is a soldier/freedom fighter during the Spanish era. “Katipunero” is the term for members of the “Katipunan” – the group of Filipinos who rebelled against Spanish rule, founded by Andres Bonifacio.
